Sanjay is a Director of the firm working within the Corporate Services Team Sanjay has a broad range of experience advising clients predominantly, but not exclusively, in the sports, media and entertainment industries. His particular experience includes bringing client companies to public markets, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate restructurings, advising on the terms of commercial contracts, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.

Sanjay’s clients include entrepreneurs, start-ups, established private companies and publically listed companies. His most recent experience includes advising selling shareholders on the disposal of owner-managed businesses and preparing such businesses for sale.

In his spare time, Sanjay is a keen cook and a (now) distant follower of Nottingham Forest.
